Supported holidays for people with learning disabilities

At Millys Travel I believe that everyone should be able to have a fun holiday, see the sights, sip coffee in a nice cafe, and be a tourist — including people with disabilities. This summer I am offering two holidays, one in Rotorua and one in Raglan.

I would also be prepared to organise a holiday through Christmas and New Year using a facility such as a school camp if there is the demand. This would be open to all (see staff ratios) and as low cost as possible.

All holidaymakers are fully supported during their holiday, each according to how much support they need to relax and enjoy themselves. The staff ratios are 1:4, 1:2 and 1:1.

I can also provide company for people who do not like to travel alone. I can organise as much or as little of your travel as you want and accompany you on your great adventure. Perhaps you want to visit friends or family overseas, contact me and we can discuss what you want to do.

I can also arrange that special dream holiday for groups or individuals: Paris, London, or closer to home.

Perhaps you need support to attend a family occaision or visit friends some where else in New Zealand. I can make the arrangements for travel and/or accomodation and provide as little or as much support as you need.

I am happy to travel to you and address groups who want to travel together. I will go anywhere in New Zealand, there is no charge for this service.
