How to book your holiday

Please select your holiday and either email me or complete the online form. I will contact you to let you know if there is space available and then send you the application form and more information.

You will then be asked to pay a deposit - 20% of the cost of the holiday.

Once your deposit has been received - your place is reserved.

Paying the balance

The balance is to be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.
If booking 30 days or less before travel full payment will be required.

Holiday changes or cancellation

Should a holiday be changed or cancelled, a comparable option will be offered if possible. If there is no alternative or the alternative is not acceptable you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid.

If you cancel

  • 30 days or more prior to travel - Loss of deposit
  • 21 days prior to travel - loss of 50% of total cost
  • 0-20 days prior to travel - loss of 100% of total cost

Travel insurance

You are strongly urged to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. This will protect you in case of last minute cancellations or illness or any other reason that may result in you having to cancel or curtail your holiday.

Privacy policy

Your personal information will be protected at all times. It will not be disclosed to any parties outside Millys Travel and only used to ensure your safety and comfort on the holiday.

Photographs

Photos show the relevant geographical areas and as with accommodation photographs are representative only. All photographs taken on holidays can be used by Millys Travel in their promotional materials. If you do not want Millys Travel to use photos of you, please request in writing that your photos be excluded. This needs to be done before the holiday starts.

Disclosure

You must disclose to Millys Travel any matter relevant to your condition that may impact on our ability to provide you with the appropriate level of care while on holiday. Millys Travel cannot provide and cannot be held responsible for not providing the appropriate level of care where you fail to disclose all relevant matters.

Holiday conditions

Millys Travel reserve the right to withdraw anyone from the holiday whose behavior is likely to affect the smooth operation of the holiday or adversely affect the safety or enjoyment of other holiday makers. If you need to be sent home early, you or your guardian will incur the full cost of your return, including staff costs. You are liable for any damages you may incur to people or property. If you require checking or intervention overnight, then you will require a night staff member which involves extra costs.

The following are included in holiday prices

  • Accommodation
  • All meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Entry fees to tourist attractions
  • Transport throughout the holiday
  • Staff support as specified
  • A souvenir photo album

None of the following are included in the price

  • Spending money
  • Transport to and from the venue or meeting point
  • Accommodation does not include single room use
  • Personal items such as laundry, toiletries, phone calls, wheelchair or equipment rentals
  • Personal and travel insurance
